On a mission to protect the innocence of youth

You, yes you! YOU matter! You are important, you are special and you are one-of-a-kind!

One of my goals is to let you know this and to share with you that there are real dangers in the cyber-world that you need to be aware of. There are "bad" people out there that want to exploit you for their own sick & greedy reasons. However, truth is power; power to be informed, educated & trust your gut. When you get those feelings of tension or knots in your belly, it's your gut telling you that something is just not right, listen to it!. I wish I would have.

My name is Sheri & I am the founder of 'You can't groom me'.

My Story

Shortly after my 15th birthday I was groomed and trafficked by my high school boyfriends father and was repeatedly sold for sex. For many years I was trafficked, raped, photographed for pornography and forced to partake in unspeakable things. I experienced physical and mental abuse at the hands of many people and was subjected to threats of violence to my family if I told anyone, as well as blackmailed to keep me silent and compliant.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to prevent human trafficking by empowering individuals through education and collaborative action in Maricopa County and the state of Arizona, advocating awareness and prevention through the power of conversation, presentations, outreach, and sharing the importance of a positive social media and online footprint. As well as, supporting pregnant women rescued from human trafficking through our team of volunteer doulas, providing prenatal education, delivery support and postpartum assistance.

Our visions is to see the day where sex trafficking ends and our youth are safe to be who they are without fear of predators.
